Ready to stop dieting and struggling with food? This course is about finding peace through tuning into your body’s inner wisdom about what, when, and how to eat. Whether you know nothing about intuitive eating, or you’ve heard about it, but couldn’t figure out how to make it work, this course is for you. The course is designed to take 6 weeks. Each week you will listen to a lecture, participate in discussion, and do homework. The homework is a combination of intuitive eating practices and reflecting on your relationship with food. I designed the course based on my experience successfully coaching clients towards intuitive eating. You’ll leave the course with a transformed relationship with food and a plan to continue your intuitive eating practice.
