|3ds max for architecture
3D graphics have become an important part of the design world. I work in architecture, so I work with building designs, but really 3D is applied across many different design disciplines. In this course, I will teach you some of the best tools for using 3D. These programs are extremely powerful, but this is an intro course, so I will give you the basics that will enable you to start designing your own 3D projects.
Here are a few questions to help you know if this class is for you:
-Are you an architecture student who feels overwhelmed sometimes trying to learn complicated software just to present your design properly?
-Are you a SketchUp user who is no longer satisfied with the modeling / rendering capabilities of SketchUp, and are ready to take your 3d skills to the next level? #Photoreal
-Are you a practicing architect that needs a better way to portray your designs to clients?
-Are you a designer who thinks learning 3d would be cool?
If you answered yes to any of these questions, or if you have any interest in learning 3d whatsoever, this class is for you.
My name is Adam Zollinger, and I am a professional 3d artist. I taught myself how to do 3d (many years ago) by scouring the internet day after day for tutorials and resources. In order to save you that trouble, I have put together this course. It is everything I wish someone had told me way back when I first became interested in 3d rendering. I try to provide as much of my knowledge, gained by years of experience as a professional, as possible in this introductory course. I believe it provides the path for you to begin creating awesome 3d imagery in no time.
The course is almost 6 full hours of instruction, and covers more curriculum than an equivalent class at community college (much cheaper too). The best part is, you can rewind, pause and generally set your own perfect pace.
Supplementary files, including my model, are provided for you as you go throughout the course.
